Scott Lothery was born and raised in Mt. Prospect, Illinois, a northwest suburb of Chicago. He put his faith in Jesus Christ in college, was baptized in a local church, and immediately sensed a call to ministry.

Scott is married to Cindy, the love of his life and very best friend. They have four adult children, Alyssa, John, Matt, and Ben, and one granddaughter, Savannah, born in March to Alyssa and her husband Patrick Hardy.

Though Scott has faithfully served the Lord as a missionary, a church planter, solo pastor of a small church, senior pastor of a medium sized church, executive pastor of a large church, a denominational superintendent, and lead pastor of a multi–site mega church, he believes that serving as the Senior Pastor of Living Faith Christian Church is the greatest privilege of his ministry life.

Scott has both a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. In March, he released his first book, Always Good News: Why the Message of Jesus Is Good Every Day. You can connect with Scott on various social media @ScottLothery.
