What does it mean to be a part of the Buddy Ministry?
Being part of the Buddy Ministry means joining a community of believers who share the love of Christ by caring for and supporting children with special needs. Whether as a family or a volunteer, you are part of a team that prioritizes safety, builds relationships, and provides one-on-one support so each child can fully participate and feel known and loved.
I don’t feel qualified to serve as a Buddy—can I still volunteer?
Any child with special needs—including those with behavioral challenges or a diagnosed disability—who may benefit from extra support can be paired with a Buddy. We work with each family to best support their child.
What qualifies my child to receive a Buddy for one-on-one support?

I don't think this ministry is for me, is there another way I can serve?
