📖 LESSONS
Moving forward, we will no longer use the Mailchimp website to share lesson plans.
To access your lesson:
1. Click on the date of your Planning Center service request.
2. Select “Files” on the right side of the screen.
3. Your lesson plan and any other necessary resources will be available there.
📅 SCHEDULING
Please accept or decline your Planning Center request as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Please do not wait until the night before to respond.
If your request remains yellow and marked “Pending,” we will assume you are unavailable to serve that Sunday. However, please still accept or decline the request so we can keep the schedule accurate and avoid reaching out to you during your scheduled off weeks.
As we begin the new school year, please block out any dates you already know you will be unavailable as far in advance as possible. This gives us enough time to find coverage and helps everything run more smoothly.
If your availability changes or you are no longer able to continue serving in the ministry, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary scheduling adjustments.

Please make every effort to attend prayer on the Sundays you serve.

11:00 AM Service
Prayer begins at 10:45 AM
This is a great opportunity to pause, pray, and center our hearts on the Lord before serving. It also gives us a few minutes to make sure we are prepared and ready before the children arrive.
🧹 CLASSROOMS
As you may have noticed, the church has been working to declutter and organize our spaces. Melissa and Bella have been working hard to clean and organize the rooms we oversee, and we need everyone's help to keep them that way!
A few simple ways you can help:
Put things back where you found them.
Leave the room better than you found it.
Throw away anything that is broken or no longer usable.
Let's work together to keep our classrooms clean, organized, and welcoming for our children and families!
