To our Children’s Ministry Leaders

As the Family Pastor here at Living Faith Christian Church, I am reaching out to update all of our children's ministry leaders about some staff changes that have occurred. Thank you for taking the time to read the message below.
Here is a note from Becca Meade (Our former Children's Ministry Director):
As many of you know, after having my daughter Abbey, I moved into a part-time role this past year. After lots of prayer and thought, I’ve decided it’s time for me to step away completely so that I can be home with her full-time. I feel so blessed that God has provided in a way that makes this possible for our family. I just want to say how incredible it has been to serve alongside all of you. This ministry only happens because of the countless hours, energy, and love you pour into these kids. Week after week, you show up with such willing hearts, and it has been so encouraging to watch the way God uses each of you. You truly make a difference — and I hope you never forget that.
I am also so excited that Melissa Diaz will be stepping into the director role! Many of you already know how amazing she is — she’s led faithfully as assistant and even stepped in during my maternity leave. Her creativity, joy, and passion for this ministry are such a gift, and I know she will continue to lead you and the kids so well. As Melissa steps in, I pray you continue to feel encouraged and excited to serve. This team is full of people who love Jesus and love kids, and I know He has so much more in store through you.
Thank you for making this ministry such a special place to be part of. Serving with you has been one of the biggest blessings of my time here, and I’m so grateful for each of you!

Our staff, elders, volunteers, parents, and children will significantly miss having Becca on staff. We are so thankful for all she has done serving the Lord here. She is such a blessing; we love the Meade family so much! Let's all continue to pray for Becca, Will, and Abbey in this season. Additionally, I am updating you on two staff changes that have occurred. God has given us amazing women who love the Lord and the families here at Living Faith. We couldn't believe in these women more, and we know that God will continue to move through them powerfully! I want to announce to you that.
