To our Children’s Ministry Familes

As the Family Pastor here at Living Faith Christian Church, I am reaching out to update all of our children's ministry families about some staff changes that have occurred. Thank you for taking the time to read the message below.
Here is a note from Suzanne Garcia (Former Children's Ministry Director):
I am reaching out with a bittersweet heart to share that I will be stepping down from my Children’s Ministry Director role. This decision was not made lightly, as I have cherished my times here, building connections with your children and witnessing their growth in faith in Jesus Christ and in their Christian community; however, I am stepping away to focus on my husband, who is currently facing health challenges and I believe that my role as his wife is to care for him without boundaries and with a clear mind. While I may no longer be a staff member, please know that my support for you and your children remains steadfast. I am incredibly grateful to the Lord for the opportunity He gave me to serve your children. I am confident that the Children’s Ministry will continue to flourish under new leadership. You will be in amazing hands with Becca Meade, the new Children’s Ministry Director, and Melissa Diaz, the Children’s Ministry Assistant. Praise the Lord for Becca’s creativity and unbelievable skills! Praise the Lord for Melissa’s heart, creativity, and willingness to serve in the ministry!

Our staff, elders, volunteers, parents, and children will significantly miss having Suzanne on staff. We are so thankful for all she has done serving the Lord here. She is such a blessing; we love the Garcia family so much! Let's all continue to pray for Mike and Suzanne in this season. If you would like to email Suzanne to encourage her or pray for them, you can do so at sgarcia@lfcc.org. I know she would appreciate that.

Additionally, I am updating you on two staff changes that have occurred. God has given us two amazing women who love the Lord and the families here at Living Faith. We couldn't believe in these women more, and we know that God will continue to move through them powerfully! I want to announce to you that.
