To our Children’s Ministry Leaders
Announcement:
As the Family Pastor here at Living Faith Christian Church, I am reaching out to update all of our children's ministry leaders about some staff changes that have occurred. Thank you for taking the time to read the message below.
Here is a note from Suzanne Garcia (Former Children's Ministry Director):
As some of you might already know, my husband was recently diagnosed with cancer, and his symptoms progressed more rapidly than was originally told to us. Although we believe that the Lord can restore his health, we pray that it is His will to do so. The chemotherapy treatments are very challenging for him, and I believe that my role as his wife is to care for him without boundaries and with a clear mind. I absolutely love serving the Lord with you and the children in this ministry, but I do not want the ministry to lack my participation. I hope to serve when I can, as they need me moving forward, but I will be stepping down in my role as Children’s Ministry Director. You will be in amazing hands with Becca Meade, the new Children’s Ministry Director, and Melissa Diaz, the Children’s Ministry Assistant. Praise the Lord for Becca’s creativity and unbelievable skills! Praise the Lord for Melissa’s heart, creativity, and willingness to serve in the ministry!
I have learned so very much through observing your love and commitment to the children who attend Living Faith Christian Church. It has been a wondrous spiritual journey for me, and I am grateful for everyone’s love, kindness, amazing energy, and excitement while sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with our youngest believers through our Sunday school programs, our Monday evening programs, and all our seasonal events. You are an amazing team of team of ministry leaders, and I will miss being in the details! I look forward to seeing you in worship and around the church.

Our staff, elders, volunteers, parents, and children will significantly miss having Suzanne on staff. We are so thankful for all she has done serving the Lord here. She is such a blessing; we love the Garcia family so much! Let's all continue to pray for Mike and Suzanne in this season. If you would like to email Suzanne to encourage her or pray for them, you can do so at sgarcia@lfcc.org. I know she would appreciate that.

Additionally, I am updating you on two staff changes that have occurred. God has given us two amazing women who love the Lord and the families here at Living Faith. We couldn't believe in these women more, and we know that God will continue to move through them powerfully! I want to announce to you that.
