We’ve been on a mission at Living Faith since 1952 when some Christians began worshiping in a Quaker meeting house, and later building a church in Wantagh in 1956. We then stepped out in faith and built our current church building moving to Farmingdale in 2010 as Living Faith Christian Church.

Today, we believe God is still working through LFCC and directing us so we can reach people for Christ and guide them for generations to come.

We want you to step out in faith with us to finish what was started in Farmingdale and prepare us for the ways he plans to use us in the future!

Here’s How We’ll Get There:

The Building & Debt

Faith To Finish & Prepare is our way to step out in faith and prepare the future of Living Faith, and our goal in this campaign is to raise $1.5M over the next 3+ years, from now until the end of 2027.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make a commitment?
You can submit a commitment by putting a commitment card in a Faith To Finish & Prepare envelope and putting it in one of the offering boxes in the back of the sanctuary. You can also submit a commitment online by clicking the commitment card button at the bottom of this page.
When do I submit my commitment?
We will bring our commitments before the Lord on November 17th in a special service that Sunday morning. Commitments can be submitted at any time before then if the Lords leads you.
Do I have to choose a value from the chart to make a commitment?
No, you can make a commitment for any value that the Lord is leading you. The chart should be used as a guide to show the needs of the campaign.
Will I be able to set up auto-payments online?
Yes, the Faith to Finish & Prepare fund will be opened on November 17th and will be available in the dropdown menu at that time. The Faith to Build fund will be disabled and any donations to that fund will be reclassified to the new Faith to Finish & Prepare fund.
What do I do if I have a question about my commitment?
Questions about your commitment can be sent to Edgar Reyes, our Director of Operations, at ereyes@lfcc.org
What happens if we raise more than we need?
First we will praise God! Then the Elders and leadership will meet to discuss and pray to discern God’s direction for how the additional funds should be used.
What is the construction timeline?
We have architectural drawings and have received permits to start the construction on the lower level. The Grand Opening is expected to take place in September 2025. The permit process is ongoing for other areas of the construction, such as main floor bathrooms, and the construction timeline for those projects will be finalized once the planning and permit stages are complete.

As you pray about a financial commitment above and beyond your regular giving, you may find this chart helpful to see what it looks like to give that amount weekly, monthly, or annually during the duration of the campaign (December 2024-December 2027).
