Care Requests

Our Care Team is made up of trained volunteers who provide encouragement, personal follow-up, and practical support to members facing illness, injury, grief, or other difficult seasons.

If you are a member of Living Faith Christian Church and need personal support, you may submit a Care Request. This includes situations where you would like someone to contact you, pray with you, visit you while you are in a hospital or rehabilitation facility, or help connect you with appropriate resources.

Our Care Team may be able to support you if you are:

  • Facing surgery, long-term illness, or rehabilitation
  • Grieving the loss of a loved one
  • Walking through a difficult personal or family situation
  • Struggling to meet basic household needs
  • Looking for someone to speak with or provide encouragement

A staff member or Care Team volunteer will review your request and help determine the appropriate next steps. Ongoing care may also include connecting you with a Life Group for continued relationships and support, as well as additional church or community resources when needed.

Prayer Requests

Our Prayer Team is made up of volunteers who are committed to faithfully praying for the needs of people in our church and community.

You may submit a Prayer Request when you would like the team to pray for a specific person, situation, concern, or need. Requests will be shared privately with the Prayer Team.

Prayer Requests are received for prayer only and do not include personal follow-up. If you would like someone to contact you, speak with you, or pray with you directly, please submit a Care Request instead.

Counseling Requests

A counseling conversation

Our Counseling Ministry provides a safe and compassionate place for members to receive support, guidance, and encouragement through different seasons of life.

If you are a member of Living Faith Christian Church, you may submit a Counseling Request when you are facing emotional, relational, personal, or spiritual challenges and would like to speak with someone.

You may submit a Counseling Request if you are experiencing:

  • Anxiety, stress, or emotional struggles
  • Marriage, family, or relationship concerns
  • Grief, loss, or major life transitions
  • Personal or spiritual challenges

After receiving your request, a member of our team will contact you for an initial conversation to better understand your needs. From there, our staff may recommend a Christian counselor in the community, connect you with a pastor when appropriate, or begin scheduling counseling sessions with you directly.
